IMPORTANT NOTICE – CHANGES FOR STP & ECN ACCOUNTS

Dear Valued Client, 

ZFX (the “company”) hereby announces that, effective from 11th July 2020, the company has decided to streamline the Universal Naming Convention (UNC) on all of our symbols accordingly. The UNC of the following trading instruments will be revised, giving our clients a more professional user experience.

Precious Metal

Commodities CFDs 

ECN Account 

Commodities CFDs 

Energies CFDs 

Contract Size Adjustment for US30 

The contract size of USD30 will be adjusted from 1 to 10 per lot basis, effective from 11th July 2020. Clients should be aware of the relevant adjustment prior to any transaction. 

Example:  

Trading US30 1 lot at the price of 25,000 

Change of margin requirement

If your current US30 order is between 0.01 lot to 0.09 lot, the symbol of US30 will be changed to US30t and will be in the “close only” mode.  

If your current US30 order is more than 0.09 lot, the symbol will remain unchanged. However, the number of the lot size on your order will be divided by 10, starting from 11th July, e.g. updated from 1 lot to 0.1 lot for US30.  

Example: 

If a client is using EA, please make sure modifications are made accordingly.

Commission Fees 

The commission fees of ZFX ECN accounts will be adjusted effective from 11th July 2020. Clients should be aware of the relevant adjustments prior to any transaction.
